Scallop Edge

Put a scalloped edge on your image and a colored background. Click the radio button below your choice of edge and enter an image URL. Image must be no greater than 700 x 700.

Try the PolyLine Border tool too.
Combine a colored background with the transparent scallop Tool to get a beaded border. Grab the URL from the colored border and put it through the transparent scallop tool. No need to transload first. I have not tried all the combinations but here are a few samples.
